Our Guarantee
The HelpX team members are all bi-lingual. Some of them are actually tri-lingual. When we act as agents to procure services on behalf of our customers, we ALWAYS act in the interest of our customers. And we charge extremely low fees - by the minute.
Our Pricing (Regular Price: RMB 6 per minute Returning customers pay from as low as RMB 3.8 per minute)
Deposit at least 30 yuan - and you will get 5 minutes of HelpX Time.
Returning Customers:
90 yuan > 15 minutes HelpX Time > receive 3 gift points (or 3 gift minutes)
180 yuan > 30 minutes HelpX Time > receive 8 gift points (or 8 gift minutes)
360 yuan > 60 minutes HelpX Time > receive 20 gift points (or 20 gift minutes)
600 yuan > 100 minutes HelpX Time > receive 30 gift points (or 30 gift minutes)
900 yuan > 200 minutes HelpX Time > receive 40 gift points (or 40 gift minutes)
Cancel or Refund
You can always get a full-refund for the HelpX Time you don't plan to use. The refund will arrive into your WeChat/Bank Account within 24 hours.
