The Head Secretary position in Green Gardens Prep provides secretarial support to the Executive Directors and a busy central office in Shanghai. Green Gardens Prep is a newly established American international education firm catering to the educational needs of children from the age of 4 to 12 years. The Head Secretary
is the first point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. This is a full-time position reporting to the schools co-directors. Office Hours are Tuesday-Friday 12:30-7:30, Saturday 8:30-6:45

Responsibilities include butare not limited to:
• English/Chinese Fluency oral and written.

• Coordinates all the daily activities of the centralized school office, including responding to e-mails, phone calls, and walk-in queries from the general public, GGP employees, students, and faculty.

• Maintains knowledge of the school and its programs;

• Operates and maintains all office equipment including fax machines, copiers, computers and printers, purchases all office supplies and equipment and places service orders externally and internally, directly and on-line;

• Additional duties as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in English and Chinese; 需具有良好的安排管理和中英文交流能力

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, and handle varietyof tasks simultaneously;
需具有良好的独立工作,独立思考能力;能够合理利用时间,同时进行不同性质的工作。

• Service-oriented perspective with ability to troubleshoot;
需具有良好的思考和主动解决问题的能力。

• Excellent facility with MS Office (Word, Excel)
需熟练使用电脑办公软件,如WORD, EXCEL等。

• Evidence of leadership and ability to take initiative and work well with students, faculty, and staff from diverse backgrounds;
需具有工作主动性,能够和不同背景的学生,教师和管理人员顺畅沟通。

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
大学本科及以上学历。

• Ability to work in an international setting with multicultural influences
能接受,喜好在国际化的文化环境背景中工作。

Salary:
Starting at 7,500rmb per month. Salary negotiable based on experience.
