If you ask people “Why do you work?” Most of them may say cause I want to earn a living, I need my job to support my family and myself and many other reasons. The problem is if people’s reasons of working just to earn money, they have the tendency to do their work just to get some money of it without any enjoyment. They attend to work, do their work, that’s it ….. so that at the end of the month they get their paychecks.The worst they feel they are burdened to do their work because they have to do it otherwise the will not get the paychecks as a result they just try to finish their work without really enjoy it or for a better reason. By having a happy state of mind you can see clearly what your priority and arrange all the work need to be done accordingly. Your attitude toward your work will show through the smoothness of your work flow. Besides that if you are happy there is no difficult work to do or no problem that cannot be solved. All can be done happily and will see them through by themselves. It will also show on how you treat your colleague whom need help and how you cooperate with them. It means you pay more attention to your work surrounding, the work itself and to your colleague. You know what the problem with your work is, how you are going to solve it and how to incorporate with the company goal. This because you observe your work surrounding and give a good reaction to it, so there is no problem that cannot be solved. All can be taken control by working together with your colleague and supporting each other backs or working independently. Cooperation and attentiveness is the key success to attend to your work. Third, be creative in what you do. Keep on learning new things from your surrounding and apply it to your work. Sometimes when we do our work we have the tendency to be monotonous. Try new ways of doing your work. Do not rely on one way to do your work. Sometimes you need a change, shuffle your work orders or sequences, but still prioritize your work. Thus, do not be afraid to try new things in carrying out your work, just be confident on your way of doing it and keep open your mind to new things. Forth, make all the people who work with you happy. Give happiness to your boss, colleague, and your client by giving them attention, helping them to solve their work problem, cooperating and supporting each other. If you make people happy, you will feel more overwhelming and it will certainly make your working day. Your day at work will be lighten and cheerful, people will more appreciate you because you are someone that they can count on and a good supporter. Thus what are you waiting for?
