I am an individual or team worker; individually I can finish the work to a high standard and will not allow myself to exert any less than 100% effort. During team work if I feel there is something the team can improve on I am not afraid to share my opinion as an applicable idea, yet at the same time I am not afraid to take criticism. Experience :
⎫ (2016) Working as a Guest Relations Officer in a 5 star Hotel where my main responsibilities were: to make sure that the foreign guests are satisfied, to collect the necessary information and guest’s opinions to insure constant improvement of the Hotel. I was also responsible for providing the necessary training (mainly)concerning the etiquette of different countries; and making sure that the areas that are used by the guests are up to the standard of the 5 star hotel.
⎫ (2014) Working at the Indian Exhibition I had a chance to improve my translating skills by helping my Indian Bosses to communicate with the customers. I also had a chance to work on my social skills since one of my responsibilities there was meeting and assisting important guests. That job gave me the opportunity to express my artistic nature when it comes to clothes and jewelry. I was in charge of showcasing the jewelers, arranging the space and selecting the suitable pieces to show the guests depending on their preferred style and so that the jewelry would complement them.
