-Bachelor degree or above
-More than 10 years logistics experience at foreign FMCG,retail,logistics or fast food company
-Must have distribution management skills
-Proven track record in managing a big team of above 50 staff
-Good interpersonal skills
-Strong data analytical and problem shooting skills
-Proactive, systematic thinking, well organized, data sensitive and customer oriented
